Does it hurt?
Threads and injectables are done under topical and local numbing — most patients describe pressure rather than pain. Awake liposuction uses tumescent local anaesthesia, so you are conscious and comfortable but not sedated. If you are anxious, say so at the consult and we will adjust the plan.
Who actually performs my procedure?
Dr. Ryan Ramos performs every surgical and injectable procedure himself. Facials, laser and IV therapy are performed by licensed staff under his supervision. You will know which before you book, and you will meet whoever is treating you at the consult.
How long is the downtime?
Threads: two to five days of swelling and tightness. Awake liposuction: most people return to desk work in three to five days, exercise at three weeks. Injectables and facials: same day. We will give you an honest week-by-week timeline in writing.
How long do results last, and what happens after?
Thread lifts hold for twelve to eighteen months. Liposuction removes fat cells permanently, though remaining cells can still enlarge with weight gain. Filler-based treatments vary by product. We will tell you the maintenance cost up front, not after.
What if I don't like the result?
You are seen at set follow-up intervals, included in your fee. If something is uneven or under-corrected, we address it. For filler specifically we perform ultrasound-guided dissolving in-house, including on work done elsewhere.
Is my visit private?
Consults happen in a closed room, not at a front desk. For men's health, appointments can be scheduled outside peak hours, everything is handled by text if you prefer, and nothing is mailed to your home with the clinic's name on it.
