Our target

We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a standard, not a claim of perfection, and we would rather describe where we are than display a badge.

What is in place

Every page works with the keyboard alone, and focus is visible everywhere. Colour contrast meets AA across text and interface elements. Motion respects your reduced-motion setting. Forms have real labels, not placeholder text pretending to be labels. Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative gradients are hidden from screen readers. The site works with JavaScript disabled, with the before/after comparison degrading to a static image rather than disappearing.

What we know is imperfect

Before-and-after photography is inherently visual, and alternative text can describe a change but cannot convey it. We are working on written case descriptions alongside every image.

Telling us about a barrier

If something on this site does not work for you, email or call us and say what happened and what you were using. We will fix it and tell you when it is fixed. If you need information from this site in another format in the meantime, ask and we will get it to you.
