Who should not join. If you have a few treatments a year, pay as you go — unused months do not roll over, so membership only makes sense at monthly attendance. We would rather tell you that now than have you cancel in four months.
Membership questions
Is there a contract?
There is a ninety-day minimum from enrolment, billed monthly, and month-to-month after that. We would rather say that in the first sentence than in the fine print — three months is also roughly how long it takes to see whether a monthly facial rhythm is actually worth it to you.
Does an unused month roll over?
No. Benefits are use-them-that-month, which is standard for this kind of program but worth knowing before you join: if you travel half the year, pay per visit instead. We will tell you the same thing at the desk.
Can it be combined with other offers?
No — membership pricing does not stack with promotions or the first-visit offer. Whichever is better for you on the day is the one to use.
Is it actually cheaper?
If you come monthly, yes — the Silver tier costs less than paying for its treatment separately each month. If you would realistically come four times a year, it is not, and we would rather say so than sign you up.
