Does it hurt?
The needle is very fine and each injection lasts about a second. Most patients rate it two or three out of ten and decline numbing after their first visit. The glabella between the brows is the one people notice most.
Will I look frozen?
Only if you are over-dosed. Dr. Ramos starts conservative and reviews you at two weeks — it is easy to add more, impossible to remove. If you want a fully static look, say so; it is a choice, not an accident.
How is this different from Botox?
Daxxify uses a peptide carrier rather than human albumin, which is why it typically lasts six to nine months against Botox's three to four. Onset is comparable. Some patients respond better to one than the other, and we will switch if yours does not hold.
What does it actually cost me per year?
At two treatments a year most patients spend $840–$1,560. The equivalent Botox schedule is three to four treatments. We will run your specific numbers at the consult.
Who actually performs my treatment?
Dr. Ramos performs every surgical and injectable procedure himself. Facials, laser and IV therapy are performed by licensed clinical staff under his supervision. You will know which before you book, and you will meet whoever is treating you at the consult.
What does the consultation cost?
