Assessment in three dimensions
We look at where support has gone, not just where a line has appeared. Cheek and temple loss is very often the real cause of a nasolabial fold.
Numbing
Topical anaesthetic for fifteen minutes. Most modern fillers also carry lidocaine, so the second syringe is easier than the first.
Cannula where possible
A blunt cannula rather than a needle in the higher-risk zones — less bruising and a materially lower vascular risk.
Swelling settles over a week
You will look slightly over-filled for two or three days. Ice, sleep propped up, and do not judge the result until day ten.

Is it reversible?
Hyaluronic-acid fillers are. Hyaluronidase dissolves them, and we perform this under ultrasound guidance so we can see exactly what we are treating. Biostimulators like Sculptra are not reversible, which is why we discuss the difference before you choose.
Will I look overdone?
Not if we work in stages. The overfilled look is almost always the result of repeated small top-ups without anyone stepping back and assessing the whole face. We photograph and reassess every visit.
How long before I can be seen in public?
Same day for most people. Bruising, if it happens, sits under makeup by day two and clears within a week.
Who actually performs my treatment?
Dr. Ramos performs every surgical and injectable procedure himself. Facials, laser and IV therapy are performed by licensed clinical staff under his supervision. You will know which before you book, and you will meet whoever is treating you at the consult.
